Return policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

We accept returns of unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wardvibe.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
